The garage at Arsenal Yards is now open.

The construction at Arsenal Yards reached a milestone recently as the new parking garage was completed and is open for customers.

The garage will be the largest parking area at the new Arsenal Yards. It sits on the east side of the property, and will be in back of the Hampton Inn & Suites hotel.

The following information was provided by Boylston Properties:

Arsenal Yards construction remains on schedule and we’re extremely excited to announce that the parking garage in front of Marshalls is NOW OPEN for use by all visitors, employees, and customers.

Upon entrance to the Arsenal Yards site, signage and direction from staff will alert drivers to park in the garage instead of on the surface lot. Barrier fencing will be erected shortly to blockade the surface lot for future construction of the buildings which will house Blvd and Bond apartments and retail storefronts.

In addition to sidewalk and curb setting completion, the garage storefronts are also in process and on schedule for internal tenant outfitting work through the end of the year.

The main entrance road is currently closed due to Chipotle construction and a police and security detail is posted to direct traffic. The HVMA access road is also currently reduced to one lane for vehicular traffic.

The new parking garage is open at Arsenal Yards.

The historic Arsenal building which houses Marshalls remains on track while construction teams continue internal work, including skylight installation, plumbing work, waterproofing, and more. Tenants are still on track for occupancy by the end of the year.

Foundation and elevator work continues on schedule for the building next to Marshalls, which will house Blvd & Bond apartments, Roche Bros, Condesa, and three other soon to-be-announced tenants.

Please reference the updated construction map for updated traffic flow and parking locations.

  1. The garage lights (all 250 of them) are on 24×7. Security would be just as high with 1/3 the lights. Do you think we can contribute to reducing ambient lighting and fuel waste by not keeping the lights on? And I wonder what the electricity cost is…. mmmm
