A second man was arrested for being involved in the alleged stabbing that took place in Watertown on Oct. 22, the Watertown Police and Middlesex District Attorney’s Office announced. Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Watertown Chief of Police Justin Hanrahan have confirmed that Omari Cassell, 18, of Newton, has been charged following the alleged stabbing that occurred in the area of Mt. Auburn and Boylston Streets in Watertown.

Watertown Police Investigating Stabbing on Mt. Auburn St.

Watertown Police are investigating a stabbing that occurred on Tuesday that sent one person to the hospital. The WPD sent out the following announcement on Facebook:

At 5 p.m. (Tuesday), the Watertown Police Department responded to a stabbing at the intersection of Mt. Auburn St. and Boylston St. The victim was approached by three males, which led to an altercation during which the victim was stabbed in the lower back.

Woman Stabbed Multiple Times, Police Determine It Was a Domestic Incident

A woman suffered multiple stab wounds during an altercation that took place on Monday, March 21 on Cuba Street in Watertown. Watertown Police say the incident has been ruled domestic in nature. At about 8:33 p.m. on March 21, the Watertown Police received multiple reports of a disturbance on Cuba Street. Officers located a 35-year-old woman who had been stabbed multiple times. The Watertown Fire Department gave her medical aid and took her to a Boston hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

Argument Leads to Co-Worker Being Stabbed at Watertown Tire Store

An argument between co-workers at a Watertown tire store ended in a fight in which one was stabbed by a tire tool. A staff member at Doctors Express urgent care alerted Watertown Police that a man who had suffered a stab wound came in for treatment on Sept. 13 at 2:38 p.m.

“The staff explained that a patient came in with a minor stab wound,” said O’Connor, who added that they man had left before police arrived, but the business got his name and his place of employment — Town Fair Tires. The store is located west of Doctors Express on Arsenal Street. When police spoke with the man, he said that he had gotten into an argument with a co-worker while working in one of the bays at Town Fair Tire, and the incident turned physical.

Watertown Police Seek Man Who Stabbed Friend at Cookout

David Holladay is wanted by Watertown Police for allegedly stabbing another man at a cookout on May 25. Watertown Police issued a warrant for a man who allegedly stabbed another man while at a cookout on May 25. The suspect, identified as 59-year-old David Holladay, was invited to the home of a 59-year-old longtime acquaintance on the evening of May 25. The two got into an argument over one of their family issues, and Halladay allegedly stabbed the other man in the left thigh with a knife, according to Watertown Police Lt. James O’Connor. The incident occurred on Elm Street near the corner of Munroe Avenue, and was witnessed by others in the area.

Man Charged With Stabbing Tow Truck Driver Held Without Bail

The man who allegedly stabbed a tow truck driver, who hit and killed the man’s mother, was held without bail after his arraignment on a charge of armed assault with intent to murder on Thursday afternoon. Philip Horner, 38, of Quincy, faces charges after the incident that took place at the intersection of Nonantum Road and Galen Street late Wednesday morning. The tow truck struck Benita Horner, 68, of Belmont, who died at the scene. Thursday afternoon, Waltham District Court Judge Gregory Flynn ordered Horner to be held without bail.

Watertown Man Stabbed in Newton, Quincy Man Faces Intent to Murder Charge

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced that Chad Kirby, 36, of Quincy, was arraigned today in Newton District Court and charged with assault with intent to murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Judge Daniel Crane ordered the defendant held without bail pending a 58A dangerousness hearing and to undergo a mental health evaluation. The next scheduled hearing in this case is Monday, March 6. On Tuesday, February 14, 2017, at approximately 12:25 p.m., Newton Police responded to a report of a stabbing that took place on Watertown Street in Newton. Upon arrival authorities observed the victim, a 53-year-old Watertown man, bleeding from a head wound.
