  1. “Traffic studies”? Pardon my laughing out loud. Moxley Field should never have been selected for a temporary high school. Right next door to the West Junior where traffic is a nightmare already. I won’t ask about the meaning of a “swing space”, although I know what first comes to mind.

  2. It’s the exact right space because it’s next to the Middle School. It hasn’t been the West Junior in decades. Any swing space would cause traffic problems.
