Friday brings pleasant weather, but the weekend trend turns wet yet again with clouds, cool air, and the return of scattered rain. Saturday looks particularly unsettled and unseasonably chilly. Sunday offers a small improvement, but remains damp and gray. The pattern resets Monday with sunshine and a slow warming trend. By mid-to-late next week, summer heat may finally stage a comeback, with highs climbing into the 80s and more typical June humidity. I still don’t see any prolonged heat or humidity in our future — possibly not until July.
