Are you looking in Watertown only or other places too? Also, are you trying to rent the whole apartment?
Asking because there doesn’t seem to be anything available in Watertown for $1500. 32 Whites Ave (The condominium complex) is near the 70, 71, and 57 busses and might have some units for rent for cheaper than market rate by individual owners but I know of any available off the top of my head.
