Each month a spirituality program for older adults will be held at the Watertown Free Public Library, and sponsored by the Marshall Home Fund.
The program is presented by Sacred Threads Center. The next event is Tuesday, Aug. 26 at from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Watertown library, 123 Main St. in Watertown. The theme of the event is “Was it Easier Back Then: Yearning for the past, living in the present.”
The program is open to Watertown residents age 55 and over.

Oct. 21 – Can I forgive?: Dealing with forgiveness vs. forgetting, regrets
Nov. 18 – How Do I Let Go?: Issues of Loss and Grief
