The defending state champions are not done yet. The Watertown boys hockey team grabbed a spot in the MIAA Div. 3 North Section tournament when the seedings were announced Saturday.

The Raiders finished the year 9-11 and will play Northeast Regional on Thursday, March 3 in the first round of the tournament. The game will be played at Hallenborg Ice Rink in Billerica at 7 p.m.

Last year, Watertown made its first state final and beat Agawam to claim the Div. 3 state championship. The winner of Thursday’s game takes on top-seeded Lowell Catholic on Sunday, March 6 in the section quarterfinal.
