While the name Click Insurance sounds like an online agency, the recently opened Watertown Square business offers much more than a digital presence and tries to offer a personal experience – even making visits to customers.

“Click Insurance – people think it is an online business” said co-owner Dmitry Dukhon. “Yes, we are online but we also available by phone, and in person. Click is also things falling into place.”

The agency was started by a trio of partners, and for one, insurance runs in the family. Dukhon’s father runs an agency in Brighton, and Dmitry worked for his father before becoming a certified accountant.

Dukhon joined his friends Dmitry Burshteyn, who is also CEO of a dental company, and Matt Divirgilio, who also runs a financial group.

Providing a personal touch is important to the owners.

“Now one likes buying insurance,” Dukhon said. “We want to show we care and advocated for the consumer.”

Click offers policies from some of the biggest, most well known insurance providers.

If someone sends in an inquiry from the Click webpage, someone will call them back within about an hour, Dukhon said. The office has someone available to answer questions and respond to requests, so clients don’t have to wait for an agent to call them back.

Clients with more complicated, or seeking multiple policies may get a visit from someone from Click.

“We are probably not going to meet everyone,” Dukhon said. “The person who wants a field visit is someone with a complex situation, like a business owner who needs multiple policies. Some people are pleased they can do it all online.”

When looking for a spot to open Click Insurance, the partners looked as far as Taunton, and all around the area just west of Boston. Dukhon said Watertown has been a great fit.

“Watertown Square is such an amazing place,” Dukhon said. “It seems like a good choice. We have gotten to know people. It is very active and there are a lot of businesses. It seems like a vibrant, exciting place to be.”
