Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan’s office announced the grand jury indictment of a Watertown man on multiple counts, including rape of a child.
Brian Colangelo, 19, was charged with rape of a child (2 counts) and indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14 (2 counts), according to the press release from Ryan’s office.
The indictment stems from an arrest of Colangelo by Watertown Police in December 2016.
