Registration opened for the Watertown Recreation Department’s February Vacation Program from Feb. 19 to 22.
The Recreation Department provided the following description: Children will be divided into groups by grades at the start of the program. They will participate in activities such as basketball, whiffle ball, floor hockey and indoor soccer, etc. In addition, there will be arts and crafts, board games, movies and various special events. Participants should bring a bag lunch, snack and drink.
The program runs from 8:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with optional early drop-off time (7:30-8:45 a.m.) and extended day hours (2:30-5:30 p.m.)
Registration is on first come first serve basis.
The fees are:
- Regular Hours: $80.00 Resident $110.00 Non-Resident
- Early Drop-Off: $25.00 optional
- Extended Day: $55.00 optional
Register at the Recreation Office in Town Hall, 149 Main St., Watertown; or online on the Rec website www.recreation.watertown-ma.gov and select “Online Registration.”
