Most will be closed, but can be open at owner’s discretion.
Liquor Stores: Closed
CVS will be open on Christmas: Watertown Square location will be open 24 hours, the Watertown Street and Mt. Auburn Street locations are open 10 a.m to 8 p.m. (pharmacy will be closed), and the one in Target will be closed.
Walgreens will be open on Christmas. The one on Main Street in Waltham is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Most 7-Elevens will be open 24 hours on Christmas
Restaurants
Most will be closed, but can be open at owner’s discretion.
Starbucks in Watertown Square will be open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The locations in Cushing Square and on Galen Street will be closed.
Some Dunkin‘ locations will be open on Christmas according to USA Today. Information on which ones was not available on the Dunkin’ website.
Watertown’s Joyful Garden, will be open on Christmas Day. The Chinese restaurant in the Watertown Mall will serve dim sum from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. and the regular menu from 9:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
