The developers of 202 Arsenal Street will discuss their change of plans for the property from retail to mixed use, with lab, office and retail.
Cresset WS Venture will host the online meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2020, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. (see how to participate below).
The property is located between to major Arsenal Street apartment building complexes: Elan Union Market and The Gables.
Plans show a three story building with 88,229 sq. ft. of space inside. Parking would be both outside and below grade under the building.
Developers sent out the following information about the meeting:
Please join Cresset WS Venture LLC for a presentation and discussion of the proposed development of the 202 Arsenal St. Site located in between the Elan Union Market and Gables properties. The proposal includes changing the formerly approved retail building to a mixed use building (lab/office/retail) with parking on grade and below grade as well as improvements to the existing pedestrian pathway at the rear of the site along with other site improvements.

I was wondering if there was any update on how the proposed plans were received by residents? I didn’t get a chance to attend. Are there going to be other meetings?
