Two major projects will be heard by the Planning Board on Wednesday: a proposal to build a four-story lab and office building on the former Russo’s property, and a two-story lab and office building on the former Sterritt Lumber site.
560 Pleasant St.
BDPF Pleasant St. Owner, LLC. has applied for special permits and site plan review to construct a four-story, 191,220-sq. ft. Lab/R&D Office building; a one-story, 5,700-sq. ft. retail building; and
a six level parking structure with 400 spaces and 53 surface parking spaces on the approximately 4.83-acre site at 560 Pleasant St.

148 Waltham St.
The Planning Board will also see a presentation for a project that would go at the former Sterritt Lumber site at 148 Waltham St.
The two-story building would be 39-feet tall with about 67,000 sq. ft. of floor space, and 137 parking spaces.

The projects will be heard by the Watertown Planning Board at its meeting that begins at 7 p.m. on Sept. 14, 2022 in City Hall (149 Main St.). The meeting will also be accessible remotely by Zoom and will be broadcast by Watertown Cable Access TV.
