Have an Account Credit from Our Old System?
If you had a household credit in our previous registration system (Sportsman Peak), please follow these steps to have your credit transferred into our new Rec Technologies system:
- Set up a household account on our new platform.
- Contact us by phone or email to let us know you had a credit: recreation@watertown-ma.gov or call 617-972-6494
- Wait for confirmation: You will either receive an email/phone call from our team or you can log in to check if your credit has been transferred.
