Throughout his career, Mr. Kraft has focused on fostering a strong teaching and learning culture, emphasizing differentiated learning, meaningful feedback, and language education to support student success.

“Successful school development happens when the entire community—teachers, students, and families—works together,” Mr. Kraft said. “I look forward to leading the GISB community to build on the school’s strong foundation and shape its future.”

The GISB Board of Trustees, Consul General Sonja Kreibich, and members of the leadership team welcome Philipp Kraft to GISB.

Mr. Kraft also brings extensive experience in faculty support and human resources management, including personnel planning, professional development, and team leadership. In addition to his leadership roles, he is a textbook author and contributor to professional education journals.
