This weekend is full of fun for car lovers, super heroes, and plenty for art enthusiasts. Check out some classic cars at a classic house on Sunday at the Commander’s Mansion. The latest Spider-Man movie comes out on Friday, and will be showing all weekend. See photography from Armenia at Project Save. Tweens can participate in aluminum pouring sessions at the Watertown Library on Friday and Saturday. Kids can make crafts at the Library on Saturday.

What better way to spend a summer weekend than at a classic car show? Join us for the 3rd Annual Watertown Wheels Classic Car Show — a fun, family‑friendly day featuring an exciting lineup of antique and vintage cars, great food, music, and raffles. This event is free to attend and open to the public. Fill-A-Truck with items for the Watertown Food Pantry. Car owners interested in showing a vehicle are invited to arrive after 9 a.m. on the day of the event for on‑site registration. The entry fee is $10 per car, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Watertown Food Pantry. Award trophies will be presented for Best in Show.

MASSART at the LIBRARY: ALUMINUM POUR
Friday, July 31 and Saturday, Aug. 1, 1-3 p.m.
Watertown Free Public Library, 123 Main St.
Under the guidance of MassArt 3D Arts faculty and Eutectic Arts Founder Marjee-Anne Levine and current MassArt students, participants carve their own design into a “scratch block” (a pre-formed mold made of resin-bonded sand) and watch as the design is cast in metal. Aluminum will be melted on site and poured into the scratch blocks created by each participant. Within minutes the metal will solidify and be cooled and finished by the MassArt team. Each participant will walk away with their own custom cast aluminum art. This program is for tweens & tweens ages 10 – 18. This event is made possible by MassArt, Eutectic Arts, and the Massachusetts Libraries Board of Library Commissioners.
