Watertown DPWTrash and recycling pickup begins again this week.
The City of Watertown announced that trash and recycling collection will resume beginning Monday. The strike continues, but Republic Services will use replacement crews to do the collection.

It’s that time of year again! Below is the link to nominate someone for a community spirit award. The Community Spirit Awards ceremony is an annual event honoring people committed to the health and well-being of Watertown’s youth and families.
Watertown’s Dewitt Henry, an award-winning novelist, will speak about his new book, Top Cop Kills at a Literary Tea at the Watertown Library on May 10. The event features other Watertown authors, including Kathleen Spivack. See more information in the announcement about Henry’s novel, below.
