Who doesn’t love nostalgia? Young people, of course, because they’re too young to know anything. But someday seniors Adriana Williams, Alani Garey, Victoria Dicker and Caroline Andrade will look back and remember putting together a pretty darn good season on the hardwood for Watertown High School.

WEEKEND FUN: Art Exhibit, Drop in at Hatch, Margaritas, Greek Food & Dance, Yoga

“Is the Price Right” by Juliana Borgiani Geiger is one of the pieces at the Mosesian Center for the Arts.

Brrrrr. It has been a chilly February. My recommendations for this week are all indoors, though getting out for a brisk walk in the sun is wonderful as well. On Friday, how about catching the last day of an art show at the Mosesian, one that focuses on the ecology of our planet. Or if you’re more in the mood for being creative yourself, drop in at the Hatch Makerspace for a few hours to learn how to use some of their software and hardware tools. Saturday is national Margarita Day, and the Condesa Restaurante is making it into an all-day and evening celebration. Go margaritas, they deserve a day of their own!

Weather Forecast: Cold Weekend Followed by Warmer Temps

After a cold start to the weekend, temperatures will gradually climb as we head into early next week. Friday will bring gusty northwest winds as a coastal low passes southeast of New England. Expect dry conditions through Monday with a steady uptick in temperatures. However, uncertainty remains for mid-week as another coastal low could bring rain or snow to the region. Stay tuned for updates as we track this potential storm.
