Oct. 12, 2:43 a.m.: A man was found sleeping in a doorway on Main Street at Lexington Street. When police arrived they checked his record and found he had a warrant. The 33-year-old Weston man was arrested on the warrant from Lynn District Court for failure to pay fines and court costs.

Sept. 26, 8:30 p.m.: Police had knowledge that a Puritan Road resident was wanted on a warrant. The 54-year-old Watertown woman was located and arrested on the warrant from Waltham District Court for assault and battery on someone over 60 and assault and battery. Sept.

Sept. 19, 9:30 a.m.: Police arrested a man who allegedly ran a red light on Mt. Auburn Street and crossed the center line before crashing into two vehicles. Police responded to a report of the three-vehicle accident at the intersection of Mt.

Sept. 18, 7:20 p.m.: Police were called to Mt. Auburn Street at Elton Avenue for a disturbance. When they spoke to a woman involved and checked her record police found that she had a warrant for her arrest. The 33-year-old woman from Lynn was arrested on the default warrant out of Lynn District Court.

Sept. 7, 5:20 p.m.: Target security spotted a woman putting items into her purse and walked past the registers without paying. She was stopped and security found a pair of jeans and eight bottles of nail polish, worth a total of $93.11. The 51-year-old woman from Dorchester was arrested for shoplifting by concealment – a third offense.

Aug. 30, 12:57 a.m.: Watertown Police went to 100 Warren St. to check on an elderly woman. When they were there, they found two men – her sons – staying with her. When they checked the men out, police found both had warrants for their arrest.

Aug. 22, 11:10 p.m.: A resident of Laurel Street heard a noise outside and looked out to see a man looking into parked cars. The man, who was wearing a dark shirt, was seen going into the passenger side of a vehicle and appeared to be rummaging through it. The owner of the vehicle confirmed the center console was open and a small amount of money was missing.

Aug. 15, 9:06 a.m.: An officer patrolling in Coolidge Square spotted a driver make an illegal maneuver and police pulled the car over. While speaking with the driver, the woman gave officers what turned out to be her sister’s drivers license. When police said the owner of the license had two arrest warrants, the driver admitted it was not hers.
