A graveside service will be held on Friday April 1, 2016 at the St. Patrick Cemetery, Watertown at 10:30 am for Francis “Frank” McManus.

Frank was the beloved son of the late Helen and Charles McManus of Watertown.

He passed away in Derry, New Hampshire on Sunday morning while visiting family. He was 74.

“Pudgie” as he was known to his family and friends, was a lifelong Watertown resident before moving to Franklin in 2014. He was educated at St Patrick’s Elementary School and graduated from Watertown High School. He was a painter by trade, and a big fan of the arts, especially music and theatre. His real passion in life was cooking for his very large extended family.

Devoted brother of Richard McManus of Franklin & the late Ellen Donovan. Loving uncle of Michael J. Donovan, William J. Donovan and his wife Deidre of Franklin, Brian J. Donovan of Milford, Colleen Swenson and her husband Tom & Patricia Ballarino and her husband Mark, all of Franklin, and 13 great nieces and nephews. Dear nephew of Esther Gately & her husband Jackie of Watertown. Also loved by Betsy Battaglia & her family of Derry, NH and Shaun Glynn & his family of Arlington.

A graveside service will be held on Friday April 1, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Patrick Cemetery, Watertown. (Belmont St.). Relatives & friends kindly invited.

Visiting hours on Thursday, March 31 in the MacDonald, Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home, 270 Main St. Watertown, MA 02472 from 6-9 p.m.
