WZLX’s Karlson & McKenzie Show Coming to Clean Up Park in Watertown

The Karlson and McKenzie morning radio show will honor the One Boston Day by organizing “The Amazing Waste Challenge” in Watertown and challenges listeners to come out to take part. 

The WZLX radio show will participate in the clean-up effort at Arsenal Park in Watertown on Friday, April 15, 2016 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

The public and local businesses are invited to meet the Karlson and McKenzie Show personalities and join them in picking up the trash that litters Arsenal Park.

The Halfway Café will be providing a free lunch to all participants.

In 2015, The Karlson and McKenzie Show and its listeners helped clean up Filippello Park in Watertown.

  1. What we should do is make sure that Arsenal Park gets cleaned BEFORE the radio station gets there. In this way, they report over the airwaves to millions of people that we have clean parks here in Watertown instead of broadcasting that our town is filthy.
