Tucked away off the road on the far west side of Watertown is a residential complex that offers many amenities found in modern apartment complexes, including some of which that the general public can take advantage.
Bell Watertown sits near Waltham Street, across from Gore Place. The community was built in 2014 and when it opened it was known as Alta at the Estate. A few months later, in December 2014, the complex was taken over by Bell Partners, said William Jackson, Community Manager at Bell Watertown.
“It’s a family owned and operated company. They are celebrating 40 years this year!” Jackson said. “My community offers 1 and 2 bedroom homes with just one 3 bedroom. We have 7 townhomes to offer also!”
Amenities include a pool, a gym, a media room and a community room where people can cook, eat, use the billiards table and more. The complex allows pets, too, with certain restrictions.
Bell Watertown has a dog park and a playground on the property.
“That is open to the public with parking available!” Jackson said.
To access these areas, come in Woodview Way (off Waltham Street), make your first right and drive straight ahead. There is a parking lot next to the dog run.
