A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday January 7, 2017 at 9 am for Kevin D. Fraser, Sr. in the Church of Saint Patrick, Watertown.

Mr. Fraser passed away on Tuesday, January 3 in Cambridge after a long illness. He was 65 years old.

Born in Waltham to the late Murdock W. and Thelma (Fairbanks) Fraser. Kevin attended Watertown schools and graduated from Watertown High School, class of 1970. He also attended Mass Bay College. Kevin worked for the DPW in the City of Newton and was honorably discharged from the US Army during the Vietnam War. Kevin was an avid sports fan, who loved the Patriots and Vietnam Veterans.

He was the beloved husband of Kathleen M. (Barry) whom he loved with all his heart and who never left his side right up until the very end. Devoted father of Kevin Fraser Jr., Melissa Fraser-Coppola and Kerri Fraser-Churchill. Loving grandfather of Thomas Parker, Olivia Henriquez, Matthew Coppola Jr., Ava Coppola, Ashley Honaker, Taiki Fraser-Williams, Emily Ready, Michael Ready and Maggie Churchill. Brother of Donald Fraser, Michael Fraser, Debbie Fraser Carroll, John Fraser, Brian Fraser and the late Ricky Fraser.

Funeral from the MacDonald, Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home at 270 Main St. Watertown on Saturday Jan. 7, 2017 at 9 a.m., followed by Funeral Mass in St. Patrick Church, 212 Main St. Watertown at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends kindly invited.

Visiting hours Friday from 4 -8 p.m.

Interment at Ridgelawn Cemetery.
