Walk to Fight Stigma of Mental Illness, Support Group for Families Dealing with Mental Illness

The annual NAMI 5K Walk, to fight the stigma associated with mental illness, will take place on Saturday, May 13 at Artesani Park at 1255 Soldiers Field Road in Brighton.   

The entire community is welcome to join in this walk and rally which promote awareness and benefit entire families. Mental Illness support group

NAMI Family Support Group is a free, structured, confidential peer-led support group for family members, caregivers and loved ones of individuals living with mental illness.

A support group will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 7:30-9 p.m. at Newton Wellesley Hospital’s main building at 2014 Washington Street in Newton, on the second floor of the Bowles Conference Center.
