A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 12th, 2017 in St. Patrick Church, Watertown at 9 a.m. for Phyllis J. Iodice.

Ms. Iodice, a daughter of the late Alfonso and Mary (Polignone) Iodice was born in Watertown, MA. She passed away in Waltham on Wednesday, May 10, 2017. She was 96.

Phyllis was a graduate of Watertown High School Class of 1949. She was an avid church goer, she would always be seen attending mass at St. Patrick Parish in Watertown and later in her life, when she moved to Auburndale, she would attend mass at St. Bernard Parish in Newton. She was a devout Catholic and was devoted to the Blessed Mother.

She was the beloved daughter of the Alfonso and Mary (Polignone) Iodice. Loving sister of Susan Iodice, Theresa Centola, Lucille Landry, and the late Michael, Armand, Albert, Quinnie, Raymond, and Alfred Iodice. Phyllis is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the MacDonald, Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home at 270 Main St. Watertown on Friday May 12, 2017 at 8 a.m., followed by Funeral Mass in the Church of St. Patrick, 212 Main St., Watertown at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends kindly invited.

Visiting hours Thursday 4-7 p.m.

Interment St. Patrick Cemetery, Watertown.
