A Funeral Mass for John J. Quinn will be celebrated in the Church of St. Luke’s,
Belmont at 9 a.m. on Saturday July 29, 2017.

Mr. Quinn passed away in the Mount Auburn Hospital after a brief illness on
Tuesday July 25, 2017 surrounded by family. He was 85.

Born in Boston, John grew up in Watertown, graduating from Watertown High
School, class of 1949. After high school, John enlisted in the U.S. Navy and was
honorably discharged on June of 1955. John worked as an inspector for the MBTA.
He was a devoted son of the late John and Margaret (Doherty) Quinn. Dear brother of the late Irene Henderson, Pauline Brennan, Jean Coffin and Francis Quinn (WFD). Also loved by many nieces & nephews.

Funeral from the MacDonald, Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home at 270 Main St. Watertown on Saturday July 29, 2017 at 8 a.m., followed by Funeral Mass in St. Luke’s Church, 132 Lexington St., Belmont at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends kindly invited.

Visiting hours Friday from 3-7 p.m.

Interment St. Patrick Cemetery.
