Watertown Moves Kicks Off Spring Walking Series This Week

Watertown Moves, a program of Live Well Watertown, announced it will kick off its spring walking series this week.

Join Live Well Members & our Partners in Celebrating National Walking Day for a Walk along the Charles River Wednesday, April 4, 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. starting at Saltonstall Park (Main Street, next to Town Hall)


The days are getting longer and warmer! Members from Trees for Watertown will be pointing out budding trees and signs of Spring along the way.


Participants will walk at a moderate pace for 30 or 60 minutes. Sneakers or walking shoes and comfortable, clothing recommended.

Watertown Moves encompasses active living programs including Watertown Walks, cycling programs, community snowshoeing and kayaking, as well as specialty guided walking tours.
