See the Leading Real Estate Agents in the Watertown Market for 2018

Once again, Watertown was a popular place for homebuyers in 2018, and four agents sold more than $10 million in properties during the calendar year.

The top selling agent for 2018, according to sales reports on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) was Ari Koufos of Realty Executives in Watertown. The Watertown resident took part in 26 sales, for a total of $21.91 million. The figure does not include residential rentals or commercial real estate transactions.

Koufos noted that many of others who made the top 10 list also live in town. He was also the top selling agent in 2017, with $25.7 million.

The second highest seller was the Mike DelRose Real Estate Team, based in Watertown, which sold 19 properties for $13.43 million in 2018.

Bob Airasian, a Watertown resident who works with Coldwell Banker in Belmont, had the third highest sales in town, with $12.26 million from 15 sales. Brian Belliveau, of Redfin, also had eight figure sales, with $10.63 million and 18 properties sold.

The Madden Team, from Berkshire Hathaway – Commonwealth, in Watertown, rounded out the top five, with $8.19 million and 11 properties sold in 2018.

As far as the top agencies for 2018, Realty Executives led the way with $23.72 million from 28 sales. Just behind was Coldwell Banker in Belmont with 30 sales for $23.42 million.

In third place was Century 21 Adams Lawndale, with $21.51 million from 26 sales.

Coldwell Banker on Mass Ave. in Cambridge came in fourth with $19.87 million from 24 sales.

Century 21 Commonwealth had the fifth highest sales with $19.17 million from 24 sales.
