  1. What a fantastic resource from a great guy/agent.

In the interest of sharing and educating the wider community, there has been an official statement, in Boston, indicating agents should not hold open houses, not show occupied rentals, and to use 3d floorplans, a video walkthrough, and other forms of technology for those who have “critical needs” before scheduling privates howings. That is a summary the statement and I am happy to email/text it to anyone interested. I, 100%, understand that we don’t live in Boston, these are just good practices and we should consider adopting them throughout Greater Boston.

I personally have 2 buyers who do have “critical needs” and have been scheduling private showings up through yesterday. I offered gloves, clorox wipes, and a mask if they would like them. We are 6ft apart, keep kids in the car and switch off with the parents. I also have decided to stop ALL showings and have started acting from the point of view that it’s not a matter of if I have it, it’s what if I am contributing to the spread unknowingly.

Please take these various aspects of the situation into consideration if you are looking at property this weekend. I am told from a VERY well connected source that we will be in lockdown VERY soon.

On another note, I am going to launch a Facebook page to help the community regarding resources, specific information aimed at helping improve the Corona virus “experience”, let people know about hospital needs, community needs, etc.

Let’s all hope this passes QUICKLY. Stay healthy!
