All WSB branch lobbies are open for branch teller services. Please schedule an appointment with Customer Support for more involved banking services such as new account openings.
With our customers’ and employees’ health in mind, we are following the mandatory safety standards:
- Requiring everyone to wear a face covering. Please note that for identification purposes you might be asked to briefly remove your face covering while maintaining a safe distance.
- Placing floor signage to help customers practice 6 feet social distancing.
- Limiting the number of individuals in the branch lobbies.
- Increasing daily cleaning and sanitization.
- Installing glass barriers at the teller windows and appointment desks.
