Roche Bros. will be opening a location at Arsenal Yards in Watertown, and the store is hiring hundreds of employees.
Roche Bros.’ Head of Recruitment, Andrew Coletti, said the store has begun looking to hire people in a variety of roles at the new store.
“We are hiring over 200 people for our new Watertown Store,” Coletti said.
He added: “We’ve been rated a “Top Place to Work” by the Boston Globe for 11 Years and I think it comes down to treating our associates the way we want them to treat our customers.”
The store is slated to open in early March, Coletti said, but some people may be able to work at other locations before then.
