Nature Identification Workshop, Saturday, August 21

Visit Gore Place and learn about our new project on iNaturalist. iNaturalist is an online platform that allows users to record observations, identify living things, and contribute to a body of data used by scientists and researchers around the world. We are launching a project to record as many of the living things as we can find on our grounds. Young Naturalists Classes Begin September 25

Come explore with us at Gore Place! Using our grounds as a backdrop, youth will practice their science and naturalism skills. Led by expert educators, we will make close observations, record findings in your nature journal, and share questions about the natural world.

Tot Time Returns September 7

Join us for our popular Tot Time in the Nature Playscape program for families with children ages 2-6 years. Take part in both structured and open-ended activities. Tot Time focuses on exploring nature with rocks, sticks, water and more. Advance tickets are required.
