On Saturday, February 12 at 8:30 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, join Gore Place for a virtual wine tasting with the Urban Grape of Boston’s South End. During this special event, you’ll enjoy three wines selected by the Urban Grape’s expert wine educators and learn about wine history. Participants must be age 21 or older. Advance tickets are required. Register by Monday, January 24 at 12 p.m. ET.
How does a virtual wine tasting work? Prior to the event, the Urban Grape will ship to you three bottles of wine chosen just for our event. Then, on the night of the event, join us on Zoom for a fun wine tasting from the comfort of your living room!
What wines will be shipped? This year’s event will feature natural and organic wines in honor of our upcoming barn renovation project. We will share the specific wine list a few days ahead of the event.
This one-hour virtual event will take place via Zoom. The cost is $175 per household and includes a $75 tax-deductible contribution to Gore Place. Shipping is included in the registration fee. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by IRS regulations. Participants must be age 21 or older, Advance registration is required. Register by Monday, January 24 at 12 p.m. ET.
The Urban Grape will ship the wine directly to each household prior to the event. Deliveries must be received by someone in the household who is age 21 or older. Recipients must present identification to prove age upon receipt of the wine delivery. The Urban Grape cannot ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Illinois, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
