See Artwork Around Watertown, Join a YardArt Guided Tour

The creativity of Watertown residents is on display this month during YardArt. A couple of guided tours are scheduled to visit some of the displays, or create your own using the list on the YardArt website.

A walking tour on April 14 will be led by Public Arts & Culture Planner Liz Helfer, and on April 23, the Bike & Pedestrian Committee will lead a bicycling tour.

Guided YardArt Watertown Walking tour: Friday, April 14, 2023, at 1pm

Meet in front of the Watertown City Hall at 149 Main Street with Public Arts & Culture Planner, Liz Helfer. Liz will take you on a tour of nearby YardArt locations and discuss upcoming public art in Watertown. The tour will take approximately one hour and start at 1pm. In case of inclement weather, a new tour date will be posted on the YardArt website.

Guided YardArt Watertown Bike Tour: Sunday, April 23, 2023, at 1pm

Join the Watertown Bike & Pedestrian Committee for a biking tour of YardArt. Grab your bike and helmet and meet in the Wells Ave Parking lot in Coolidge Square (behind the CVS). Rain date is 4/30.

Guided Walking Tour with Watertown Youth Coalition Peer Leaders: Friday, April 21, 2023, at 5:00pm

Meet at Victory Field, by the playground area (40 Orchard Street) for a YardArt walking tour with Live Well Coalition members and Watertown High School students. Enjoy viewing many creative exhibits around the neighborhood while hearing about the physical, mental, and social benefits of walking and movement!  (Walk will not take place if it’s raining)
