Registration Open for Watertown Recreation’s Wachusett Ski & Snow Board Program

The Watertown Department announced that registration has opened for the Wachusett Mountain ski and snowboard program. A bus runs from Watertown to the ski area on Saturdays in early 2024.

The following information came from Watertown Recreation:

Who:    Grades 6 – 12

When:  Saturday Evenings

             January 6th – February 10, 2024 (Once a week for six weeks)

Time:    4:00 – 11:00 pm

Where:  Bus leaves at 4:00 pm, SHARP, from the temporary Watertown High School parking lot, 27 Westminster Ave.

Fees:   Register online with Wachusett Mountain at their website for lift ticket, equipment, and lessons. Registration starts on 10/26/23 and ends on 12/15/23.


             Ski Pass Price Thru 12/1/23:   $179.00    (This includes a $30 weekend evening charge)

             Ski Pass Price After 12/1/23:   $209.00    (This includes a $30 weekend evening charge) 

Select optional items: Lessons, equipment rental, insurance, freestyle, COW Card

Register online for bus transportation. The fee is $225.

Please complete and submit the “City of Watertown waiver/insurance form (see below)


This program is designed to provide middle and high school students with a fun and safe atmosphere to learn the basics of skiing or snowboarding or to improve their skills. All participants must wear helmets while skiing or snowboarding. Space is limited on the bus provided by the Recreation Department. Please register early.
