The thriving neighborhood in Watertown’s historic East End from Boylston Properties and Wilder, Arsenal Yards today announces three exciting new additions in 2024: J.Crew Factory, Jersey Mike’s Subs, and Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique.
With leases signed, these three new venues will add to the neighborhood’s already bursting roster of popular restaurants, retailers, fitness, service, and entertainment offerings. More information on each follows below.
Jersey Mike’s Subs
Jersey Mike’s Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, has announced it will open a new location in Watertown’s Arsenal Yards at 100 Bond Square in 2024. Jersey Mike’s premium meats and cheeses are sliced on the spot and piled high on in-store baked bread. Jersey Mike’s fans crave their subs made Mike’s Way® with the freshest vegetables – onions, lettuce and tomatoes – topped off with an exquisite zing of “the juice,” red wine vinegar and an olive oil blend. Authentic cheesesteaks are grilled fresh. Jersey Mike’s Subs currently has more than 2,600 locations open and under development nationwide.
Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique
Splash and Dash is a full-service dog salon that offers a unique set of fur-fluffing, dog-loving services that any pup will love. With relaxing spa treatments, convenient technology, and affordable monthly memberships, it’s never been easier to keep one’s pup feeling comfortable and clean all month long. The Arsenal Yards location, opening in March 2024, will be the fourth location in the greater Boston area with more planned to open throughout 2024.
J.Crew Factory
Watertown’s Arsenal Yards is pleased to announce the Spring 2024 opening of J.Crew Factory, the brand known for its fun, classic and colorful styles for women, men and kids.
