The City of Watertown announced the upcoming temporary closure of a playground at one of the parks in town. See details provided by the City, below.
Please be aware that there is an upcoming temporary closure of Casey Playground the week of October 6, 2025, weather permitting.
The playground will be closed for a few days to install new rubber surfacing. We hope to see you back here soon after it’s installed!
I wish you would include a street address when you mention things like playgrounds, parks, and bridges. I have no idea where Casey Playground is (though I’ll admit I don’t have young children who would play there so perhaps parents of young children all know this).
Good point. Casey Park is on Watertown Street, south of the River, next to the old Parker School and it also has a little league field.
