Together, we’ll slow down, awaken our senses, and experience the healing benefits of being fully present in the natural world.
Through mindful walking, quiet reflection, sensory invitations, and optional moments of connection, we’ll explore how nature can help us cultivate grounding, resilience, belonging, and renewal. Surrounded by trees, birdsong, and seasonal beauty, we’ll take time to notice, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the more-than-human world.
