Watertown children are invited to come Trick or Treat at City Hall, located at 149 Main Street, and at the Watertown Free Public Library at 123 Main Street, on Tuesday October 28, 2025, from 5:00-6:30 p.m. This is a free event.
Come see how different staff members have decorated on their office doors and collect candy the staff will be handing out. You might also see some staff in costumes.
