The following announcement was provided by Artemis Yoga:
Artemis Yoga is inviting the local community to an Open House on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2026, from 1 to 3 p.m. at its Watertown studio. The afternoon will feature a series of free in-studio yoga classes, along with raffles, giveaways, local treats, and special in-studio offers.
Located at 639 Mt. Auburn St., Artemis Yoga is a locally owned, independent yoga studio that recently marked its 10th year in Watertown, having opened its doors in 2015. The Open House is designed as a relaxed and welcoming way for neighbors to stop by, meet the instructors, and experience the variety of classes offered at the studio.

Founder and owner Liz Padula shared, “After more than a decade in Watertown, Artemis Yoga has become a place in the East End where people are welcomed and come to learn and practice together. Our Open House is a chance for the community to experience what has made Artemis such a meaningful and supportive space over the years. Whether someone is new to yoga or returning after time away, we invite everyone to come in, explore a class, and be part of our community.”

The Open House will include introductory classes in Iyengar Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Restorative Yoga, all designed to be accessible and welcoming for a wide range of experience levels. In addition to the free classes, attendees can enjoy raffles, giveaways, discounted class passes, and treats from local favorite Revival Café.
Open House Class Schedule:
- 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. Intro to Iyengar Yoga with Danielle da Cruz
- 1:30 to 2:15 p.m. Intro to Flow with Katherine McManus
- 2:00 to 2:45 p.m. Intro to Restorative Yoga with Sheryl Rosenberg
