The following announcement was provided by the Watertown Police Department. July 8, 8 p.m.: A man walked into Nike with a white mesh bag and stole $225 worth of clothing. July 9, 11:40 a.m.: A shoplifter was reported at Nike. The woman walked in with two reusable Target bags and a backpack. She filled the bags with $348 in merchandise and left without paying.
The following information was provided by the Watertown Police Department. June 14, 1 p.m.: A man pulled into the parking lot at the Watertown Police Station and encountered an officer in the authorized-personnel-only section of the lot. He was going at high rate of speed before he pulled up, and was honking his horn. The man yelled at the officer, who believed the man might be intoxicated. The man had an odor of alcohol, and glassy eyes.
The following information was provided by the Watertown Police Department. June 6: A resident reported she had been the victim of a scam. In late February she was contacted by someone claiming to be an employee of Amazon, who said that numerous Apple products were being sent to an address in Albany, New York, using her account. The woman was not aware of the orders. She then spoke to someone who said he was a U.S. Treasury Department detective.
The following information was provided by the Watertown Police Department:
May 29, 6 a.m.: A NEMLEC (Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council) SWAT team came to Watertown to serve a warrant obtained by Randolph Police related to a shooting in that community on April 28. They served it at a home on Warren Street. During the search, six firearms were found, including one on which the serial number had been defaced and three that had been reported stolen. Shamere Ross, 33, of Watertown, was arrested on charges of possession of firearms, as well as for his involvement in the Randolph shooting. May 29, 1 p.m.: A man went into Nike carrying a shoebox.
The following announcement was provided by the Watertown Police Department. May 1, 12 p.m.: The manager at Nike reported that a man came into the store with a Target shopping bag and placed a shoe box in and left without paying. A pair of Jordan low sneakers worth $115 was taken. May 2, 6 p.m.: A man came into Nike and took a Tech Fleece sweatshirt priced at $140 and a pair of sneakers worth $75. May 2, 8 p.m.: A woman was seen going into Target and took $295 worth of merchandise, including clothing and cosmetics.

April 12, 12:30 p.m.: A woman was seen rolling a shopping cart through Carter’s and filled it with children’s clothing before leaving without paying. The woman’s identity was determined, and the 33-year-old Boston woman was summoned to Waltham District Court on a charge of larceny under $1,200. April 12: A resident received a call from someone claiming to be a representative of National Grid, and told the resident that she owed $900 and if she did not pay her electricity would be shut off. The person told the resident to buy three $300 gift cards from either Target or Walmart.
The following information was provided by the Watertown Police Department. March 22, 3 p.m.: A woman entered Target and took multiple items from the cosmetics section. In total, 18 beauty products worth $250 were taken. March 22, 10:30 a.m.: A bicycle was stolen off the back of a car parked on Bond Street in Arsenal Yards. The light blue Bianchi bike, valued at $2,000, was taken off a car bike rack.
The following information was provided by the Watertown Police Department. March 6, 5:18 p.m.: Target reported that the same woman had been seen shoplifting at the store four prior times since Feb. 3. On the 3rd she stole $75 in items, on Feb. 10 she stole $120 in merchandise, on Feb.
