David A. McCaffrey, 94, of Framingham and Stuart, Fla., died on May 6, 2018.
McCaffrey was born in Waltham and lived in Watertown for many years. He served on the Watertown Fire Department and retired as a captain.
During World War II he served in the U.S. Navy.

Family and friends will honor and remember his life by gathering for visiting hours in the McCarthy, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home, located at 11 Lincoln St., Framingham, on Thursday, May 10 from 4-8 p.m.
His Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday morning in St. George Church, 74 School Street in Framingham at 10 a.m.
Interment in MA National Cemetery in Bourne at 2:15 p.m.
