Belmont Savings Bank is proud to announce that it has been selected by Banker & Tradesman as a part of their Fast 50 fastest growing residential mortgage lenders. The bank has been ranked in the Residential Lending by Number of Loans category. The Fast 50 rankings are based on the number of loans and dollar volume for the first six months of 2018 as compared to the same time frame in 2017. Belmont Savings was previously included on this list in 2014 in the same category. The Fast 50 has been published annually since 2011 and draws its data from The Warren Group, publisher of Banker and Tradesman. Lenders selected for the Fast 50 include national as well as local and regional institutions.
