The Town of Watertown lifted its Snow Emergency parking ban at 8 a.m. on Feb. 8. More snow is expected Tuesday.

Sunday’s storm dropped about 5 inches on the area. The a trained weather spotter in Waltham measured 4.9 inches according to the National Weather Service. Farther south, in Sharon, there were reports of up to a foot of snow.

On Tuesday, the Boston area will get another snow storm, this time expected to drop 2-4 inches of snow. The storm is expected to reach the area late Tuesday morning and could last through the evening commute, according to the WBZ Channel 4 weather forecast.
