Guitarist Jamie Balmer will perform “Latinidad: South American Solo Guitar” at Gore Place, the historic estate in Waltham, on July 20 at 7:30 p.m.
Jamie Balmer has released six acclaimed recordings in his two-decade collaboration with Orpheus Guitar Duo. The late composer Frank Wallace described Jamie’s solo debut album, American Threads, as “beautifully conceived and executed … a very appropriate nod to Americana.”
It’s a thrill for Jamie to return to Gore Place with a program of solo guitar music from South America.
