UMass Amherst

Below is a list of local students from Watertown who were named to the dean’s list at the University of Massachusetts Amherst for the fall 2023 semester.

In order to qualify, an undergraduate student must receive a 3.5 grade-point average or better on a four-point scale.

University of Albany

The University at Albany has recognized Kainaat Yousuf of Watertown for selection to the Fall 2023 Dean’s List.

The Dean’s List at the University at Albany recognizes the outstanding academic achievements of full-time undergraduate students.

To qualify for the Dean’s List, students must earn a grade point average (GPA) of 3.25 or higher in their first semester of study and a GPA of 3.50 or higher in subsequent semesters.

Bryant University

Bryant University is pleased to recognize the students named to the Fall 2023 Deans’ List.

To earn a place on the Deans’ List, students must have a GPA of 3.4 or better for at least 12 semester hours of work. Congratulations on this outstanding achievement!

More than 1,600 students were named to the College of the Holy Cross’ Dean’s List for outstanding academic achievement during the Fall semester of the 2023-24 academic year. The following local students made the list:

To qualify for the Dean’s List, students must pass four or more letter-graded courses with no failing grades during the semester and earn a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Hamilton College

 The following local residents were named to the Dean’s List at Hamilton College for the 2023 fall semester:

Taylor Lambo of Watertown (02472). Lambo, a sophomore, is a graduate of Watertown Senior High School.

Abigael Morin of Watertown (02472). Morin, a junior majoring in biochemistry/molecular biology, is a graduate of Belmont High School.

To be named to the Dean’s List, a student must have carried a course load of four or more graded credits throughout the semester and earned an average of 3.5 or above on a 4.0 scale.

University of Hartford

The University of Hartford is pleased to announce Caleb Orvik of Watertown (02472) has been named to the Dean’s List for Fall 2023.

Emmanuel College

In recognition of their outstanding academic achievement, Emmanuel College in Boston has named more than 900 students to the Dean’s List for the Fall 2023 semester. To earn a spot on the Dean’s List, Emmanuel students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for a 16-credit semester.

Georgia Tech

Anunaya Pandey of Watertown, MA, has earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta.

Pandey was among approximately 6,300 undergraduate and graduate students to be presented Georgia Tech degrees during the Institute’s 265th Commencement exercises Dec. 15 – 16, 2023, at McCamish Pavilion.
