Commander’s Mansion Hosting Annual Wedding & Events Showcase

Head to the Watertown’s Commander’s Mansion to get information for your wedding, meet vendors and even sample treats. The Annual Weddings & Events Showcase will be Saturday, March 4 & Sunday, March 5 – 1 to 4 p.m. both days. Meet with Boston’s top industry professionals; sample delicious treats, self-tour the property and enter to win some amazing prizes! The Commander’s Mansion is a historic venue located 20 minutes from Boston that can accommodate up to 200 guests. We host all types of events;  from corporate to social and of course weddings!

Holiday Open House Coming to Watertown’s Commander’s Mansion

Head to the Commander’s Mansion in Watertown to see Santa, dancers, holiday mocktails and more. 

The historic home located at 440 Talcott Ave. in Watertown, next to the Arsenal on the Charles, will host the Annual Holiday Open House on Thursday, Dec. 1, 2016, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. This is a FREE event and all are welcomed! Take a self-guided tour of the mansion, which has been decorated by local volunteers, the Department of Public Works and Be Our Guest. Enjoy sweet treats thanks to our friends from Dunkin’ Donuts/Riverside Management, Russo’s, Catering with Distinction, Boston Catering & Events, and Sensational Foods

11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and again from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. – Ms. Clause story time and activities

5 p.m. – La Bonne Maison, festive cocktail and hors d’oeuvres demonstrations

5:30 p.m. – Your Bartender Tonight, holiday mocktail concoctions

6:30 p.m. – Ballroom in Boston, dance entertainment

The Commander’s Mansion in Watertown is getting dressed up for Halloween! On Friday, Oct, 28, the Commander’s Mansion, 440 Talcott Ave., Watertown, is becoming a Haunted Mansion, with events for the family and pets. Noon to 1 p.m.: Pooch Photos in the Haunted Mansion

Watertown Arbor Day Celebration Filled with Fun, Hands-on Activities

Learn about tree care, plant some seeds, get your own seedling tree and enjoy food and music at Watertown’s Arbor Day of Service. The event will be held on Thursday, April 28 at the Commander’s Mansion, 440 Talcott Ave. in Watertown (off Arsenal Street), from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

The Arbor Day celebration will feature an afternoon of fun and educational programs.

Wedding Showcase Coming to Watertown’s Commander’s Mansion

The annual Wedding Showcase at the Commander’s Mansion in Watertown is coming up! The event will be held Saturday, March 5 and Sunday, March 6 from 1-4 p.m. at the Commander’s Mansion, located next to the Arsenal on the Charles complex at 440 Talcott Ave. (off Arsenal Street). Meet with Boston’s top industry vendors (different vendors will be showcased throughout the weekend), sample delicious treats and walk away from the event with a list of professional resources and contacts! Tickets cost $10 per person and are good all weekend!

See When Santa Arrives at the Commander’s Mansion Holiday Open House

The Watertown Commander’s Mansion will deck the halls for the annual Holiday Open House on Thursday, Dec. 3. The event free and open to the community and runs from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and the Watertown Fire Department will deliver Santa at 6 p.m.

Take a self-guided tour of the decorated rooms on both floors of the mansion. The decorations come courtesy of Watertown Home Depot. Watertown Savings Bank will bring Santa, and you can visit him from from 6-8 p.m. Make sure you bring your camera!
