A Funeral Home Service will be held on Saturday April 20, 2019 at 10 am in the MacDonald, Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home, Watertown for Eva C. (Karcher) Mason.

Mrs. Mason passed away on Friday evening, April 12 in the Watertown Health Care Center. Born in 1918, Eva was 11 days shy of her 101st birthday.

A lifelong resident of Watertown, she graduated from Watertown High School, Class of 1936. She retired from Perkins School of the Blind, Watertown.

Eva was the beloved wife of the late Paul A. Mason. Loving mother of Paul Alan Mason & his wife Kari of Washington State, Linda A. Oleson of Waltham, William D. Mason & his wife Christine of Dexter, Maine, and Donald S. Mason & his wife Sharyn of Florida. Loving grandmother of 13 grandchildren, Lisa Hores, David Mason, Matthew Mason, Mark Mason, Daniel Mason, Bethany Mason, Amanda Mason, Jessica Mason, Rebecca Mason, Audrey Mason, Julie Mason, Olivia Mason, Molly Mason. Fourteen great-grandchildren, Zachery Paul Mason, Juliana Mae Mason, Savannah Marie Mason, Luke Andrew Mason, Ashlyn Rae Mason, William Hayden Mason, Megan Loree Mason, James Allen Mason, Samuel Caden Mason, Benjamin Daniel Mason, Dahlia Kay Mason,  Lynnette Pearl Freedman, Bobby Michael-Daniel Hores, Jason James Hores, Michelle Linda Hores and two great great-grandchildren, Perry Freedman & Evelyn Freedman. Eva was the surviving sister of six brothers & four sisters, Adelaide (Karcher )Hastie, Lillian (Karcher) Johnston,Godfrey Karcher, George Karcher, Fred Karcher, Charles Karcher, William Karcher, Pearl Karcher, Eva (Karcher) Mason, Ruth Karcher & James Karcher. & was loved by many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held in the MacDonald, Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home, 270 Main St., Watertown on Saturday April 20, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Relatives & friends kindly invited.

Interment Ridgelawn Cemetery, Watertown.

Visiting hours Friday from 1-5 p.m.
