Watertown’s Health Department has received more than 100 complaints about rodents since the beginning of the trash strike. At their meeting the Board of Health also heard about the start of the City’s body work regulations, and approved a life science company’s permit.

Watertown DPWResidents will soon be able to purchase a second recycling toter – the green one – for less than before.
For one week only, Watertown residents will have an opportunity to put out trash that does not fit in trash toters.

For some, playing for the Boston Gold Kings is a second chance to keep their hockey career going, for others being on the semi-pro team based out of Watertown is the first time playing with an organized adult team, and it’s fun for all.
A townhouse in Watertown will host an open house on Saturday.
Hours at city facilities, such as the Library, Senior Center and City Hall, along with trash and recycling pickup will be impacted by the New Year’s Day holiday. See the announcement from the City below.
