Police Log: Contractor Scams Resident for $68K, Employee Caught Keying Car

The following information was provided by the Watertown Police Department. Arrests
Oct. 11, 8:45 a.m.: Maynard Police contacted Watertown Police to say a woman wanted on a charges of violating a harassment order in Maynard was in Watertown. Police located the woman at Main Street and Myrtle Street and arrested her. The 28-year-old Watertown woman was brought to the Watertown Police Station where Maynard Police took her into custody.

Police Log: Man Drives Over Curb Arrested for OUI, Business Bilked of $40K

The following information was provided by the Watertown Police Department. Arrests
Oct. 6, 11:02 a.m.: A resident spotted a vehicle parked on Myrtle Street and thought that the occupant was acting suspiciously. When police spoke to the man they discovered his registration had been cancelled and he had an arrest warrant. The 30-year-old Boston man was arrested for the warrant from Concord District Court for larceny.

Police Log: Woman Caught Breaking into Childcare Center, Multiple Vehicles Vandalized

The following information was provided by the Watertown Police Department. Arrests
Sept. 25, 5:30 p.m.: A woman attempted to return a bag of clothing to Marshall’s but store security recognized her from incidents at other stores so she was not allowed to return the clothing. The woman then walked around the store for 2-3 hours and placed items in a bag. She walked past the registers and left the store without paying.

Police Log: Man Caught with Multiple Credit Cards, Business Broken Into

The following information was provided by the Watertown Police Department. Arrests
Sept. 18, 12:55 a.m.: A witness saw a man trying to use multiple cards in an ATM in at Bank of America in Watertown Square and called police. When officers arrived they observed the man trying multiple credit cards in an ATM, and when he left he tried to conceal his face by pulling his hood down. When police approached, the man ran away.
